Shobu is an abstract strategy game for two players. Crafted from natural materials like stone, wood and cotton rope, the physical elements of the game feel instantly familiar. The rules of the game are equally approachable.
The objective is to push you opponent's pieces from the board. The rules are quite simple and can be learned in a few minutes, but halfway through your first game, you'll realize Shobu offers strategic depth that will engage any player who enjoys a sophisticated spatial battle game like Go or Chess.
